Are you joining us from the previous Echo of Soul service, which was published by Gamigo? Did you have an account in good standing when their service ended? If you haven't already, check out the Account Transfer page, and make sure you've migrated your character information to a Papaya Play account. If you transfer your account, you'll be able to keep your character's levels, items, and achievements, once Echo of Soul launches on Papaya Play. Your character name won't be saved, but you can reserve your name as soon as your account is migrated. No other information from your Gamigo account (such as cash balance) will be transferred, but transferring will still give you a leg up on the competition.

We're giving out a bonus reward package for all accounts who transfer over. You could qualify for even more prizes if you have any friends you'd like to bring with you, and can refer enough of them to us.

The transfer period lasts until October 31st, 2022. Any characters not transferred before this date will be gone for good, so don't wait.

Lastly, the all-new Ragnarok server will be opening soon after our main service launches, and pre-registering for this fresh, non-transfer server will yield a starting reward package as well.
