Echo of Soul July 2025 Patch Notes

Hello, Soulkeepers!

How was the heat of Burning Ignea? It’s time to cool off with the return of Manta Reef and Watermelon Island!

This year’s event features a variety of daily quests that reward tokens you can trade for tons of items, including new additions based on your feedback.

Some quests, like the water balloon toss, require a bit of skill and timing, but the challenge is part of the fun!

We’ve also made adjustments to reduce the grind many repeatable quests are now dailies, so your summer adventure will feel smoother and more rewarding.

Also, we have increased the max enhancement stage to +12 for all accessory gems!

1) New Event: Manta Reef

a) Can be accessed from the West of Ignea waypoint.

b) It can be accessed anytime from July 17th ~ August 14th.

c) You must equip a swimsuit / summer outfit and unequip your weapons.

"What do you mean by no swimming?"

2) New Quests: Manta Reef

a) Tons of daily quests to receive up to 30 Token Fragments per quest!

"I bet you are all brain and no aim!"

b) Treasure Maps can be found around the map and collected from quests.

"Water level goes down during 20:40 ~ 20:43 / 21:40 ~ 21:43!"

“I've got a jar of dirt!”

c) Some quests include: Collecting Trash / Fishing / Coconut Collection / Watermelon Collection / Target Practice and much more.

"They lied to me. I thought they sent me on a vacation!?"

d) Collect the Tokens from quests and treasure chests to purchase various items from designated NPCs.

"What do you mean these mounts are faster now?"

3) New Event: Watermelon Island

a) Stay competitive with the Watermelon Island and equip yourselves with Water Balloons!

b) It can be accessed anytime from 00:00 ~ 00:30 server time (CET).

c) Kill Mr. Pori and other creatures to complete some of your quests!

"No! Don't tell him we asked you to do it!"

4) Class Balance Adjustments

We've implemented balance improvements for underperforming classes based on global feedback.

Stormguard

Lightning Spear

- Damage increased from 186% to 210% of ATK

Lightning Bolt Lunge

- Damage increased from 412% to 474% of ATK

Red Lightning

- Damage increased from 354% to 407% of ATK

Enhance Soul Purification

- Improved skill usability

Spear of Thunder

- Improved skill usability

- Damage increased from 885% to 1040% of ATK

Enhance Thunder

- Skill damage buff increased from 15 to 18%

Tormentor

The End of Emptiness

- Base damage increased from 236% to 272% of ATK

- Damage when used during Absorb Life Force increased from 586% to 686%

Revelation of Decimation

- Damage increased from 289% to 338% of ATK

Enhance Revelation of Decimation

- Cooldown reduction increased from 50% to 60%

Totem of Darkness

- Skill Damage buff for all party members increased from 15% to 18%

The Spirit of Hell

- Damage per tick increased from 268% to 324% of ATK

5) Cash Shop Additions

a) New Lamp: Premium Obsidian Lamp

- Use this item to obtain one of the followint items listed below.

- This new lamp consist of a new item: Superb Accessory Catalyst.

b) Return of Legendary Lamps

Event Notes:

- The "Superb Accessory Catalyst" guarantees 100% success when enhancing accessory jewels. It can be used from +1 to +2 all the way up to +11 to +12.

- Manta Reef tokens are removed on Aug. 20th, 2025.
